Boom + Batten’s Executive Chef, Sam Harris, wanted to be an architect, lucky for us he discovered a love for cooking! He is a chef who truly believes the mantra of local sourcing creates the best dining experiences. His story here in Victoria’s lively culinary scene includes openings of Victoria’s Courtney Room and Agrius restaurant – both of which landed spots on Air Canada enRoute magazine’s coveted top ten list of best new restaurants in Canada.
